Job Description:
Hudson Automotive, a premier auto dealer group known for its
commitment to quality vehicles and exceptional customer service, is
seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. In this critical role,
you will be the bridge between our clients and the service
department, ensuring that all customer vehicle concerns are
addressed in a professional and timely manner. Reporting directly
to our Service Manager, the ideal candidate will provide insights
into automotive services, manage customer expectations, and deliver
solutions that align with our standards of excellence. Greet
customers and conduct initial consultations to identify vehicle
issues and service needs. Advise customers on necessary/suggested
services and products based on vehicle assessments. Coordinate with
technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Provide
detailed explanations and cost estimates to customers. Manage and
update customer records and service histories. Follow up with
customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided. Stay
updated on the latest automotive technology and service offerings.
Strong understanding of automotive services and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using customer relationship management software Ability to manage
multiple tasks and remain organized Problem-solving skills and the
ability to make decisions quickly Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Automotive Service
Excellence (ASE) certification preferred Additional certifications
related to customer service or automotive technology are
advantageous
