Maintain a working knowledge of State Farm’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to establish trust and foster loyalty. Meet personal and team sales targets while adhering to regulatory and company policies. Process insurance quotes, negotiate the terms of an insurance policy, and close sales. Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and other business and educational opportunities. Stay current with changes in the insurance industry with regards to policies, regulations, and market trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate and influence others Strong sales focus and ability to close deals Excellent customer service orientation Proficiency in insurance management software and CRM systems Medical Insurance 401k Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid LA State Insurance Sales License Other insurance-related certifications, such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Insurance Sales Representative (CISR), can be beneficial
