Work-Life Balance & Support: - Clinic OR Balance: 2–2.5 days/week
in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic. - Efficient
Workflows: Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center
known for speed and efficiency. - Call Support: Just 3–4 call
shifts/month 1 weekend every 2–3 months; trauma colleagues handle
