Then you might be our next Associate Project Engineer at the Kirby Risk Service Center in Lafayette. What will I do as an Associate Project Engineer ?

• Assemble electric control panels to customer prints and specifications.
• Use common panel assembly tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, wire strippers, etc).
• Read prints and a tape measure (metric and English)
• Communicate instructions to other team members Want to know if you are a good fit? If so, you will meet the following criteria
  • interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude
  • Read a metric and standard tape measure
  • Read and interpret a blueprint and/or wire schematic What are some of the Physical Requirements?
    • Ability to stand and work with arms at or above shoulder height for extended periods of time
    • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
    • Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment; and reach with hands and arms What is the schedule?
      • 7 AM to 4 PM.
