Product Engineers
Alexandria, Louisiana and Houston, Texas

As Product Engineer, you will draw upon your expertise as a mechanical engineer to champion the production design and/or development of conventional, new, and untried types of tank cars and related components in accordance with customer requirements. In doing so, you will assure schedules are met, and provide procurement details for materials and components. You will also interact directly with customers, as you provide technical information in response to their inquiries and, most importantly, in the development of tank car specifications that address their specific needs. To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and possess 1 to 3+ years of related experience. Familiarity with MathCad and some type of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) program would be ideal.
