Job Description:

Cajun Country’s most respected food brands is on the hunt for a
Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead the charge in
preventive maintenance , equipment reliability , and capital
project management . This isn’t about holding the fort — this is
about building a high-performing maintenance team , optimizing
plant operations , and delivering results that show up in the
bottom line . What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
, Industrial Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or equivalent.
7 years in maintenance leadership or engineering management within
a manufacturing environment , preferably food & beverage or CPG . 5
years of direct supervisory experience leading technical teams.
Proven track record managing CapEx projects from concept through
execution. Strong knowledge of CMMS software , reliability-centered
maintenance (RCM), lean manufacturing , and root cause analysis
(RCA) . Understanding of food packaging machinery , process
equipment , and sanitation standards. PMP certification and/or Six
Sigma training is a major plus. Familiarity with FDA , USDA , and
GFSI /SQF food safety protocols is highly desirable. Why You’ll
