Organizational Change Management Specialist
Position Description

collaborate cross-functionally to lead IT-driven business change
for one of our Federal client's complex portfolio of systems. This
is an exciting, high-growth environment where you'll be able to

journey to our client.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Bring your strong organizational change management expertise to
lead a team to design and develop Organizational Change Management
approaches and strategies for a large, complex system portfolio
Work closely with the client to ensure proper alignment and
communication of an operating model, organization, business
processes and priorities.
Work with colleagues to build the Transformational Change
capability
Work closely and collaborate with peers leading change across other
areas of client's business
Establish guidelines for a communications plan and strategy to
ensure consistent messaging across the portfolio and affected
stakeholders.
Advise the client in prioritizing recommendations for short- and
long-term organizational effectiveness enhancement initiatives.
Bring your expertise and industry best practices to establish
approaches, methodologies and tools to support OCM initiatives.
Serve as a liaison to stakeholders to promote program awareness and
generate overall support for program activities and achievement of
program objectives.
Collaborate with team members to support OCM-related risk
mitigation/issue resolution.
Provide leadership and coaching to the client and OCM team
members.
Implement different change models and approaches to fit various
scenarios and organizational cultures.
Apply tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state
organizational design and alignment.
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on
organizations using assessments of organizational culture,
performance and readiness for change.
Contribute to culture building in our internal management
consulting community.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
5+ years Organizational Change Management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information
Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related
discipline
8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for
education
Ability to obtain a the equivalent to a Public Trust clearance with
the U.S. Federal Government
Knowledge of delivering technology-led change and technology
adoption
Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery
Understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT
delivery
Knowledge and skill in change management methods and their
application, with emphasis on driving measurable business results
across Change Strategy and Planning, Change Measurement, Risk and
Quality Management, Business Acumen, and more.
