Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.

The Member Services & Sales Manager provides leadership and oversight in the daily operations and achieving membership sales goals according to Cooper's vision, values, and strategic objectives for the Franklin Foundation Hospital fitness facility in Franklin, LA. The Member Services & Sales Manager provides positive leadership in areas of customer service, marketing and sales management while building and maintaining a strong client relationship and assisting the GM in the operations and financial management of the facility. Member Services and Sales Manager - Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversees all member services and sales.
Develops and implements growth strategies.
Manages service desk, staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Creates and manages budget and optimizes expenses.
Develops marketing strategies and assists in execution of marketing strategies.
Use of club management software for prospecting and account management.

Member Services and Sales Manager - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Use CSI club management for prospecting and account management.
Meets with prospective members in person, via email or over the phone to provide accurate information regarding facility programs and services that suit their individual goals, needs and wants.
Assists with development and implementation of ongoing membership sales campaigns.
Maintains membership sales metrics and customer relationship management process.
Develops member retention and communication strategy.
Serves as member management system subject matter expert.
Conducts prospect touring and ability to close sales.
Conducts regularly scheduled staff training and sales meetings for member management system and point of sale operations.
Processes member concerns and needs (onboarding, cancellations, freezes, changes, updates).
Oversees distribution of sales leads.
Conducts weekly sales meetings.
Partners with Wellness Program Manager to acquire and maintain corporate membership accounts.
Manages and motivates the front desk and fitness floor staff (including: hiring, firing, performance management, and recognition duties).
Serves as the lead customer service contact for members at the front desk (including: answering questions, welcoming, and the other member communications).
Maintains a positive attitude and adheres to the Cooper purpose and core values.
Performs duties on site with consistent, regular, and reliable attendance.
Complies with all Cooper and Client policies.
Accomplishes other duties as assigned.
The ideal Member Services & Sales Manager candidate will posses:

Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university; or 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience.
Comfortability in public speaking.
At least two years of sales experience in either corporate or commercial fitness facility management preferred.
Experience with member management software and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Experience in marketing strategy development.
Strong analytical ability and work ethic.
Possess problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and strive for professionalism.
Sound organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
Must be able to lift up to and move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift and /or move up to 100 pounds.
Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk at work site.
CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications.
