REGIONAL DIRECTOR The Regional Director is the "face of expansion of RTPG" for a designated state/region. RealTour Property Group is looking for a uniquely driven individual who lovesnetworking, can spot talent, and is passionate about growing a community ofproductive, successful individuals. This person would be self-driven with their goals, while supportive of the goals of team members. This person would not be hindered by a demanding, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This person would have the ability to see beyond the "now" and focus on the future picture.We are looking for the type of person who walks into a room with confidence and has a commitment to finding solutions, as well as resolutions, to business and relationalchallenges.The best candidate for this role would have an excitement and passion for recruitment, as they will be spending most of their time finding, attracting, and following up with potential additions to the team. Ideally, this person wouldpossess strong communication and negotiation skills, in addition to having a desire to be held - and help hold others- accountable. Finally, they would be open to coaching and would consider "no" merely an obstacle to overcome, rather than a set back.Culturally, this person would add value to the team, the market centers, and each person they come into contactCore Job Duties: Target goal is to have 3 or more agent partners in each location assigned in your region Lead each agent partner to a target of 3 new sales under contract monthly Work with the KW Team Leaders in region to grow exposure /earn referrals Teach/speak in offices or regions as appropriate Weekly Leadership calls 1 on 1, with the regional members to maximize per person production Attend and participate in Training opportunities/events at the HUB when hosted annually Host a weekly group call/meeting with agents in region Provide disciplinary action as needed within region Work with the Director of Expansion weekly and report daily activities to ensure your performance is measured and is effectively growing Travel to the Market Centers inside of the region and spend quality time giving value to the office leadership team in person Net gain of 3 or more partners per month Attend KW training events (Mega Camp & Family Reunion) annually1-3 minimum years of Real Estate sales leadership experience is preferred. Previous KW Team Leader, KW Regional Director, Operating Partner, or Mega Agent is likely the very best fit.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridayApplication Question(s): Though not required, do you have any experience in Real Estate Sales/Leadership?
