Portfolio).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee transaction management for a complex real estate portfolio,
ensuring alignment with client goals
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage
transaction processes and documentation
Lead strategic planning efforts, providing real estate advice and
identifying cost-saving strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or
corporate real estate
Experience with complex transaction management and lease
negotiations
Experience working with healthcare real estate portfolios
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
