Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead and oversee
payroll functions and ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing
while maintaining compliance with regulations
Develop and implement payroll policies to optimize efficiency and
compliance
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll
processing and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or
related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in multistate payroll management with a
strategic leadership background
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance
requirements
Experience with Paylocity HRIS is highly preferred
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
