A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solution
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and manage high-performing Solution Engineering
teams
Improve sales methodologies and develop tailored product
presentations
Collaborate with leadership on strategy and manage relationships
with product teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
preferred
5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineering Manager and 5+
years as a Solution Engineer
Understanding of solutions and market dynamics in the Identity
Governance market
Willingness to travel 25% to Canada and LATAM
Multi-lingual proficiency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or
French Canadian preferred
