- United States of America**JOB SUMMARY**Provides legal oversight
and contract review for a corporate Procurement and Sourcing
Department. Reviews contracts, purchasing agreements, licensing
agreements, consulting agreements to protect corporate interests
and ensure compliance with standards. Negotiates legal terms and
conditions with suppliers.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES**Reviews, interprets and analyzes contract and
service agreements to ensure the terms comply with legal,
guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as
with corporate and client procedures.Negotiates and interprets
contracts, and monitors fulfillment of contractual
obligations.Creates and maintains contract templates and other
standard forms that may be required for creation of agreements with
suppliers.Works with and advises members of the Sourcing and
Procurement team, other cross functional leaders (Risk, Compliance,
Legal, etc.), suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure
adherence to CBRE policies and legal standards.Works with Contract
Administration and Sourcing teams to ensure quality of agreements
before sending to CBRE Legal. Serves as the first review of
contracts for legal compliance.Develops and maintains a clause
library with standard clauses, fallback and alternate
clauses.Assists in educating employees in the proper use of the
appropriate forms and creation of draft contracts. Available for
consultation on legal issues pertaining to Procurement and
Contracts.Performs other duties as assigned.**SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES**Provides formal supervision to individual
employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends
staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective
action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing
levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and
delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team
members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and
models behaviors that are consistent with the company's
values.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an

EXPERIENCE**Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or
university required. Juris Doctorate preferred. Minimum of five
years contract administration experience required, 10+ years
preferred. Working experience with business law, contracting
principles and practices, and general and industry specific
regulatory and compliance requirements.**CERTIFICATES and/or
LICENSES**Bar certification preferred. C.P.M. or C.P.S.M.
certifications or eligibility preferred.**COMMUNICATION
SKILLS**Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,
timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to
effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to
sensitive issues.**FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE**Requires advanced knowledge
of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate
intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and
commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.**REASONING

SKILLS and ABILITIES**Excellent project management and business
analysis skills for executing projects, and continuously improving
all contract administration processes. Advanced skills with
Microsoft Office Suite. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and
requirements of internal customers; establishes and maintains
effective professional relationships with internal customers and
suppliers. Ability to travel (5-10%) both domestic and
international, as needed.**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**Decisions made

experience. The minimum salary for the position is $116,500
annually and the maximum salary for the position is $194,000
annually.The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate
will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and
experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit
program.Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple
factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's
education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the
position is $116,5000 annually and the maximum salary for the
position is $194,000 annually.The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
benefit program.Ithaca, NY Residents: CBRE carefully considers
multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's
education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the
position is $105,900 annually and the maximum salary for the
position is $176,400 annually.The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
benefit program.New York City, NY Residents: CBRE carefully
considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a
candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary
for the position is $132,400 annually and the maximum salary for
the position is $220,500 annually.The compensation that is offered
to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
