Essential Anesthesia Management is owned and operated by practicing anesthesia clinicians with decades of experience in practice management. Our company has experienced rapid growth and we're looking for individuals to help expand our reach in the healthcare management industry.

Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership of EmergencHealth (EH) and YPS Anesthesia (YPS) are adding a provider to our STRIKE FORCE team of highly experienced CRNAs. Clinically skilled members of this select team will be uniquely chartered with onboarding newly contracted facilities and providing as needed coverage to existing sites. Providers need to be flexible, amicable, and able to perform at the top of their license in a variety of settings to be considered for this team.

During new location transition periods, the Essential Strike Team members will help optimize staffing models, ensure a smooth charge capture processes, and champion systems to increase efficiencies. These providers, in all likelihood, are the first clinical representatives of EAM encountered by the facility-and you will have the opportunity to make a lasting first impression. Providers must possess all the skills required to function independently or lead within a team environment. As an invited guest of these facilities, team members must have a customer service first mindset: with the facility administrators, surgeons, ancillary staff, and patients.

When providing coverage at existing locations, team members will assist in identifying ways to increase efficiency, morale, retention, and recruitment . Facilitating a great work environment for all anesthesia providers is a priority for EH/YPS. Empowering a tenured team of specialists to be on the front lines will no doubt help us achieve that goal. In addition to a high level of job satisfaction, team members will have tremendous flexibility in their work schedule despite a top of market compensation structure. Strike Force members can work as little as 26 weeks a year and still surpass $250,000 per year.
