• Certification Details
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National certifications required depending on specialty.
• State License Verification required within 30 days of start.
• All candidates must have an active LA License or Compact License upon submission.
• Fit test required.
  • Job Details
  • This is a MED/SURG position that specializes in post-op GI and wound care. Please only submit candidates with this experience.
  • Acute care experience required.
  • Med/Surg and post-op experience required.
  • Must have experience working full time on a post-op unit.
  • Must have a minimum of one travel contract completed to be submitted.
  • 2 years experience required.
  • Patient Diagnoses include but are not limited to Pancreatitis, GI bleeds, Bowel obstructions, Bowel perforation, Wound infections, Post Op infections, mass removal, etc.
  • Special Procedures include Pancreatectomy, Esphagectomy, Whipple, Spleenectomy, and more.
  • Equipment familiarity expected: PEG, PEJ, PCA, Per drain, JP drain, hemo vac, wound vac, nephrostomy tubes, Ileostomy, Colostomy, Urostomy, etc.

    • POST OP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
    • Acute care experience required.
    • Med/Surg and post-op experience required.
    • Must have experience working full time on a post-op unit.
    • 2 years experience required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Manager will consider a blocked schedule if candidate is willing to work weekend block Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun Mon rotation.
