We invite you to become a part of our dynamic healthcare team!Mid-City Community Nursing and Rehab is hiring for an experienced Full-Time MDS Coordinator RN/LPN!**$2,000 Sign On Bonus**The MDS Coordinator RN/LPN supervises and leads Unit Secretaries, Certified Nurse Assistants & License Practical Nurses in providing quality of care for patients of all age groups by performing basic nursing tasks.
