practice. - Access to Tele-stroke Program in collaboration -
Hospital Employed - Direct access to over 50 employed primary care
providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a
referral base - Inpatient/Outpatient setting - Physical
rehabilitation on-site focuses on physical, occupational, and
speech therapy services for individuals suffering from a variety of
physical and neurological conditions or injuries. Benefits: -
