Flexibility Fast Ramp-Up : Whether you just love General Ortho or are focused on Hand, Foot & Ankle, Spine, or Joints we have a strong need and the patient volume to support your success. Work-Life Balance & Support: Clinic OR Balance : 22.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic. Efficient Workflows : Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency. Call Support: Just 34 call shifts/month 1 weekend every 23 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls. Call Pay : $1,600 per night Compensation & Benefits: Lucrative Base Salary: Starting salary depending on subspecialty wRVUs. Top-End Earnings: Realistic potential to earn in the 90th percentile nationally. Call Pay Perks: Additional income from call coverage opportunities to teach (optional).
