Job Description:

qualified Telemetry RN in Lafayette, Louisiana, 70503! Pay

EKG/Telemetry background preferred Description: Please ensure
traveler is aware of the following: You are being submitted to a
position in a commonly impacted area for hurricanes. The hurricane
season will run from June 1 to November 30, but storms have been
known to occur outside of that window. Upon accepting an assignment
and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an
"Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the
facility until after the storm passes or to be part of the relief
team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each
storm as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract to take a
position, you accept the above and will report as assigned by your
immediate unit manager if a storm were to occur. You should not
apply if you are not comfortable with the above. This is a 12-bed
unit. Experience with Alaris Pumps is preferred. On-call
requirements: none. Floating to other floors is required.
First-time travelers are welcome. RTO restrictions apply; must work
every other weekend and every other holiday. Block scheduling
cannot be accommodated on this unit. COVID-19 vaccine is required,
with medical/religious exemptions only. Flu vaccine is also
required, with medical/religious exemptions only. Previous charge
experience is not specified. Patient ratios and charting system
experience are not specified. References are not required for
submission, however, supervisor references are required for
clearance to start the contract. Candidates must have a valid
license upon submission. It is required that NURSYS reports are
sent with the profile and must be up to date. Candidates who worked
as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated
for one full year before they can return as travel staff. Modules
are billable and completed during orientation, factored into
