nurse RN Director of Nursing for a travel nursing job in Lafayette,
Louisiana. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Director of
Nursing - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/22/2025 - Duration: 13
weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type:
Travel 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This position will provide
leadership and 24/7 accountability in the daily operations of the
OR. The Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing
and evaluating the provision of services in the OR, Key focus areas
include in departmental collaboration throughout] perioperative
services, workflow optimization and efficiencies, patient and
physician experience, and team member/physician engagement. Who
would all report to the director? -Ambulatory manager who has 4
supervisors in her chain of command (PAT, UCU, Endo, and PACU) -2
OR Supervisors -Manager Surgical Services -Manager Sterile
Processing Any unique aspects of the role, team or facility? -New
OR about to open -Periop Education that is a great resource
-Accredited Burn Center with burn OR on 6th floor 5 YEARS OF
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!/nBLS, ACLS, PALS About ProMed Staffing
