Job Description Position Overview VIP Children's Clinics, a physician-owned joint venture with Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, invites applications for BC/BE Pediatricians to join our thriving practice in Lafayette, TN. We seek highly skilled clinicians committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and contributing to our vision of delivering top-notch pediatric healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, integrity, and a commitment to patient care, teaching, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients in Lafayette, TN, while residing anywhere in the Nashville metro area. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations. Qualifications Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics. Experience or interest in outpatient pediatric care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Practice Opportunity Includes Four-day work week. Large provider phone call pool, resulting in minimal call requirements. Base salary plus lucrative productivity bonuses. Opportunity for partnership after two years. 403b with a generous company match. Paid vacation, holidays, and CME leave. Full VUMC benefits.
