Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to
join our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care
across diverse populations. Perform comprehensive physical exams
and health assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic
conditions, including prescribing medications. Educate patients on
health management and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate,
HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and utilize EMR/EHR systems
effectively. Candidates should have strong assessment skills,
knowledge of healthcare standards, and experience managing complex
cases, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Knowledge of ADD/ADHD
and Anxiety management is preferred. This full-time role offers
$50-$60/hour, with 30-34 hours/week, in an in-person setting. It
plays a vital role in delivering exceptional, evidence-based
patient care.
