Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Lafayette, LA
Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay

About the Position Specialty accepted: FNP, ANP, GNP, PA Start
date: ASAP - ongoing Shifts requested: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
Practice setting: In Home Assesments Patient load: 5 to 8 in-home
assessments per day Ages: Geriatrics Procedures required: H&P
evaluations; physical exams; medication reviews; vitals (BP, urine,
finger stick); provide fecal kit for lab submission Requirements:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in state of practice,
CAQH, NPI, auto insurance, completion of training modules,
Medicare/Medicaid eligible (not opted out) Other: Must be willing
to travel minimum 75 miles from home; travel and lodging provided
if >75 miles; weekly. Incentives potential. Benefits:
