This critical role involves providing specialized telemetry care in a hospital setting, emphasizing cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and patient management. Required Skills: Current and valid Louisiana RN license Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience Proficiency in cardiac drips, EKG interpretation, and Epic charting Current BLS certification Strong clinical skills in cardiac patient management Ability to work the 12-hour night shift with reliability and professionalism Preferred Education and Experience: Nursing degree from accredited program Prior experience in a hospital telemetry unit with high-acuity patients Familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems (Epic preferred) Other Requirements: Must hold a valid Louisiana RN license at the time of employment Willingness to complete a criminal record check as required by state law Availability for 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required Must pass background check and drug screening Why Choose Medical Edge?
