Job Description:
Total Joints Orthopedics Hidden Gem Lake Community Join a
Thriving and Fast-Growing Lake community in the Southeast! As one
of the fastest-growing cities in the region, the community is in
need of additional Orthopedic surgeons in the area. Type of Role:
Seeking additional team members: Orthopedic General, Trauma and/or
Spine surgeon to the team Opportunity created due to upcoming
retirement and expansion. Practice Highlights: Part of a team with
5 established Orthopedic Specialists. Supportive recruitment
environment with collegial peers. Modern facilities attached to a
hospital for seamless patient care. Practice Potential: Increasing
patient volume with 3,100 office visits/day in 1st year, 4,300 in
subsequent years. Growing procedural demand: 400 in 1st year, 500
thereafter. Facilities & Resources: Full-time clinic operating
Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule.
In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and
MRI. Total staff: 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and
non-clinical staff. Compensation & Financials: Employed position w/
base salary determined by experience. Incentives based on wRVU
production. Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
90th% earning potential Benefits: Relocation Allowance: $12,000.
Signing Bonus: BOE Student Loans and Stipends available
Malpractice, Health, Life, Disability Insurance as per hospital
policy. CME Allowance: $3,000 $1,500 for professional expenses.
PTO: 27 days (15 vacation/5 CME/7 holidays). Retirement Plan: 4%
match in 403(b). Additional benefits including sick leave, and
