to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301!
We’re seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to join the team at in
Alexandria, LA. This is a great opportunity to work with cardiac
and telemetry patients in a supportive environment (not a stepdown
unit). Responsibilities: Provide safe, comprehensive care using the
nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention,
evaluation). Administer medications/treatments and monitor patient
response. Document patient history, symptoms, interventions, and
progress. Educate patients and families on health needs and
resources. Collaborate with the care team and float as needed. 5
