WE'RE LOOKING FOR Job Summary The Occupational Therapy Assistant
(OTA) will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist,
delivering therapeutic interventions in a collaborative setting
that aligns with professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications Must possess and maintain a valid state
OTA license or certification. Current CPR certification is
preferred. Qualifications Education : An accredited degree in
Occupational Therapy Assistant. Experience : 0-1 years. Roles and
Responsibilities Assist in implementing treatment plans created by
occupational therapists, which may include therapeutic exercises,
activities of daily living (ADL) training, and various
interventions. Support patients with exercises, activities, and
adaptive techniques designed to enhance their functional abilities
and independence. Monitor and document patients’ responses to
therapy, track their progress, and communicate findings to the
supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate and guide patients and
their families on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and
strategies to facilitate ongoing improvement. Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Assist
Occupational Therapists in assessing patient needs and progress by
providing additional observations and insights. Perform other
