Available: Including Baton Rouge, LA Schedule: Full-Time |
Monday–Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends) Compensation: Up to

been looking for. What You’ll Do Deliver direct ABA support in both
center-based and in-home settings Supervise, coach, and empower
Behavior Technicians to ensure program fidelity Conduct
comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP) for new clients and
re-evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans, goals, data
systems, and crisis interventions Work collaboratively with your
clinical team to evaluate progress and adjust strategies Maintain
accurate and timely documentation to support client outcomes What
We’re Looking For Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or
related field Active BCBA certification or eligibility Licensed or
license-eligible in the state of Louisiana Minimum of 1 year
hands-on ABA experience Strong communication, leadership, and
