Job Description:
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department
for a travel nursing job in Alexandria, Louisiana. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline:
RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel REQUIRED Licenses, Registrations,
or Certifications 1. BLS required 2. Current ACLS certification
required 3. Current PALS certification required 4. CPI Blue Card
required 5. RN License in state of employment or compactType of
patients on the unit: Very high acuity unit. Contractors will see a
heavy load of strokes, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral
health and sepsis cases. They will also see some trauma but this is
not trauma designated unit. Security is onsite 24-7 6. Temp to perm
is a possibility 7. 8. Weekend Requirement 9. Every other weekend
10. On Call Requirement 11. No call 12. Floating Requirement /
Locations 13. No floating 14. Nurse / Patient Ratio 15. 4:1 ak
