Therapist for a travel job in Lafayette, Indiana. Job Description &

you. 4 x 10 hour shifts weekly for 40 hours total 11 patient visits
per day Outpatient setting Previous physical therapy experience
preferred Treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations We
provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs
for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and
privileging process We provide first-day medical insurance and
401(K) Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Per week
(based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of
$23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for
meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on
GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal
