Marketing SpecialistJob Functions/Responsibilities

  • Schedules in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
  • Clearly explain Right at Home services to prospective clients
  • Backs up Marketing Director going into field visiting clients/prospective clients
  • Assists Marketing Director with overflow duties and marketing campaigns
  • Visit facilities to run bingos or other promotional efforts.
  • Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industriesor elderly
  • Post pictures and videos to company social media platforms
  • Act as point person for Right at Home sponsored events
  • Event creation, preparation,andorganization
  • Contribute ideas, thoughts, and solutions to multiple departments
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely. Keep organized records and documentation forclientprofiles and all other client andrelationship management material within Clear Care
    • Recommend/execute creative recruiting solutions to meet demands ofhard to staffor high turnover positions
    • Represent company at job fairs and healthcare events
    • Interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for the open position
      • Minimum High School Education Equivalent
      • Experience working with the elderlyor personal connection to elderlypreferred
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word,and Outlook
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • High level of attention to detail
      • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
      • Ability to make independent decisionsand multi-task in high pace environments
