per year plus attractive annual performance bonus, benefit package

convenient locations throughout the beautiful state of Louisiana.
We currently operate in ten parishes: Caddo, Calcasieu, Jefferson,
Lafourche, St. Helena, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary,
Terrebonne, and Webster. All of our locations are open 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year, offering casinos featuring popular video
poker games and brands, convenience stores, fueling stations and
dine-in restaurants.This role is responsible for the statewide
Human Resources operations of all Cash Magic Truck Stops and
Casinos. We are seeking someone who connects easily with their
staff, understands culture, and has the technical experience to
lead all Human Resources functions companywide. This role will
oversee a staff of three and will require frequent travel between
our properties statewide with the ability to quickly integrate into

Responsibilities and Duties:Plan, develop and implement strategy
for HR management and development and implementation of company
policies (including recruitment and selection, discipline,
grievance, counseling, training and development succession
planning, morale and motivation, performance appraisals and quality
management issues)Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to
fill vacant positionsConducts investigations on employee complaints
and possible harassment issuesConducts wage survey within labor
market to determine competitive wage rateAdministers, processes,
and maintains company benefits programsManage and control
departmental expenditure within agreed budgetsAct as liaison with
other departmental managers in order to understand all necessary
aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully
informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievementsMaintain
current knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment
and compensation lawsSupervises and oversees all positions within
the Human Resources departmentDesigns, plans, and implements
corporate training programs, policies, and proceduresContracts with
vendors for employee participation in outside training
programsResponsible for developing, maintaining, and managing
company workers' compensation programEstablishes standards and
procedures for all matters relating to workers' compensation
Manages claim investigations, settlements, and litigation-Approves
workers' compensation payments once claim has been resolvedPrepares
and maintains current job descriptions as necessaryMaintains
current employee files on all company employeesEnsures compliance
with EEO, ADA, and OSHA guidelinesThorough knowledge of applicable
Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the
willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be
introduced in the futureOutlines and implements training programs
about employee safety procedures and accident protection and
preventionSkills, Education and Other RequirementsRequires a
bachelor's degree with at least 7-10 years of experience in Human
Resources.Proficient with UKG nice to have but not requiredMust be
