AGI is an equal opportunity employer.* Assist the Estimating Department as requested by the Estimating Manager Prepare documents and templates related to vendor quotes, associated documents and P&ID take-offsAssist Project Managers as requested by the Estimating Manager Prepare project related documents and templates as assigned Assist in the retrieval of additional information from vendors as necessary Coordinate with appropriate internal departments and/or vendors on the purchase of equipmentAttend client/vendor meetings when requiredAssist the Estimators by compiling information needed for RFQPerform other duties as assigned by personnelRequirements:Education:Highschool diploma or greaterLicense/Certificates:Valid Drivers LicenseExperience:6 months to 1 year minimum experience in project management, estimating, or related fieldSkills:Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writingExhibits good organizational skills with an ability to multi-task with accuracyExhibits good reasoning and problem solving skillsPI207687398
