Job Description Job Description Location: Lafayette, LA (70503) 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. The position provides steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package effective from day one. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who meet the training requirements are considered. What we offer: Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent work. Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay dependent on experience and route. Paid training: Fully paid three? to five?week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction. Bonus opportunities for safety and performance. Home time: Weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment. Late?model equipment: Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Typical duties and responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules. Haul no?touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections. Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates accepted if they have completed at least 120 hours of training. Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus. Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug test.
