Job Description:
Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Operations,
or related field required. Experience 5 years of experience in
Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Operations within LNG, oil &
gas, or industrial manufacturing industries. Demonstrated
experience leading RCA and CI initiatives with measurable results.
Strong background in CAPA management, process improvement, and
defect elimination. Technical Skills Proficiency in Lean tools, RCA
methods, and structured problem-solving frameworks. Lean Six Sigma
Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Strong
facilitation, analytical, and communication skills. Leadership
Attributes Collaborative and influential leader with the ability to
manage cross-functional initiatives. Highly organized with a
results-oriented mindset. Effective communicator with a passion for
driving sustainable operational excellence.
