Transforming the lives and livelihoods of individuals, organisations and communities across the globe.-- Aggreko is searching for a--FSL Regional Lead to be based in-- North America. --This individual will support the operations team with operational metric reporting and dashboarding (e.g. work order maintenance) as well as maintaining Salesforce records to analyze and extrapolate trends. This position will support the regional operations teams with advanced system troubleshooting and liaise with the global FSL (Field Service Lightning) development team to ensure the timely resolution of systems issues and advanced system capability development. *Internal applicants may reside anywhere in NAM* Sound like you? You'll have the following experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 8 or more years of relevant experience Strong project management, data management, and training & support skills Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills Strong time management, organization, and leadership skills Continuous Improvement Process experience helpful Your key responsibilities: We're Dynamic & Innovative. In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities: Ensure the quality and accuracy of information required for most effective utilization of FSL systems, and all applicable, periphery systems Support strategic and/or operational initiatives to gain operational efficiencies such as the NAM Power Hour Work with system developers to resolves system issues, drive and test system enhancements and communicate these with local operations teams
Ensure reporting through the use of Salesforce & FSL, and scoring through the maintenance of applicable metrics Ensures effective and continuous assessment of the operations process to drive customer experience improvements
Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures with regard to pre-defined metrics and ways of working Create a development culture that strives to deliver world class customer service to all internal and external customers.
Support regional training of operations teams to onboards new employees, refresh previous training and expand training in new system capabilities Assist in training new users Oversee training additional trainers in NAM Provide training refresher materials Communicate FSL (Field Service Lightning) updates to the business - (Fixes, process changes, training tips) Assist in regression testing for new fixes Provide trend analysis and guidance to regional leadership Basic and advanced system support and triage Identify key metrics in support of business processes Create dashboards and reports for users and business leaders Hold the Continuous Improvement team and FSL developers/contractors accountable to deliver system fixes and system enhancements Identify enhancements and explain their utility to business leaders where cost is involved The people you'll work with: We're Together.
