relationships to be clients' key contact for banking advice.
Engaging with them to uncover potential needs, you'll use your
product knowledge, expertise, and exceptional customer service to
build trust and ensure their satisfaction. You'll appreciate being
at the heart of our retail branches!
A day in the life:
+ Build client relationships by listening to our client's' needs
and determining which products will best meet their financial
+ Support of teller line and provides all other deposit products
and loans at the customer's request
+ Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new
business and deepen existing client relationships
+ Develop and retain long-term and profitable customer
relationships to maximize revenue growth.
+ Responsible for maintaining high customer service and
+ Provides fulfillment of retail banking products either through
referral based leads, prospecting lists or self-sourcing.
+ Renews or opens new accounts. Opens and processes new demand
and time deposit accounts including passbook accounts, IRAs,
certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
+ Researches and resolves problems and responds to customer
inquiries on account status. Maintains files.
+ Cross sells other bank services and refers customers to other
departments as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill, and/or ability required and may be substituted with an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
+ 1-2 years of experience as either a Teller or as a Universal
+ Good verbal and written communication skills, including
consultative sales and presentation skills and cross-selling
+ Proficient with applicable computer software.
+ Good organizational and customer service skills.
COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS Microsoft Office Suite- ie
Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Access is a plus. In addition, 10-key
calculator; coin counter CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Ex:
CPA, Series 6 or 7 license, etc) Not necessary
BANKING CENTER HOURS:Monday - Thursday; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMFriday;
8:00 AM - 6:00 PMSaturday; 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Rotating
