Company Overview The Customer Connections E-Systems Coordinator ensures electronic referral portals, HIE and alternate referral methods are managed timely and efficiently to reduce leakage, ensure quality, and maximize unitization across service lines. This position will work with the end users to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot issues.LHC Group is the preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians and families nationwide. Essential Functions Set up new HIE and Referral systems: Coordinating between Privacy, security and legal contracting Working with HIE and E-Referral systems to coordinate task and request between agency and vendor. Maintaining Correct user list for HIE and E-Referral's systems Working interdepartmentally and with vendors to set up appropriate user access levels. Maintain HIE and E-Referral system master information list. Work with acquisition/closure team to assist with planning for HIE and Referral system management. Maintain E-Referral and HIE documentation in iTrain Maintain subscriber list for all HIE and E-Referral systems. Maintain marketing materials for partnerships on which systems are utilized. Maintain staffing and capacity information for Customer Connections central intakes. Maintain contact listings for facilities and regional intake. Ensure E-portals, HIE and other technology used in Customer Connection departments is maximized and used to meet performance goals. Coordinate with IT departments to implement new technology for Customer Connections. Maintain and generate distributes daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Utilize company resources to curate data. All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Customer Service Experience Preferred Formal Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent; Associates degree preferred. Experience: minimum 1 year customer service or other healthcare experience License, Registration, and/or Certification Requirement: No Technology knowledge Must have excellent computer skills. must be proficient with Microsoft Office Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
