A classroom management software company is seeking a Remote
Customer Engagement and Support Advocate.
Must be able to:
Exhibit empathy towards our customers and each other at all
Act as the voice of the customer, providing frequent input to
Product and Engineering teams
Help develop and improve internal processes
Qualifications for this position include:
At least 1 year of customer service experience, such as Help Desk
Experience providing phone support to customers
Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization
Exceptional written skills, attention to detail and strong
