International Paper, the nation's premier producer of corrugated containers is currently accepting applications for hourly production positions at its Lafayette, Louisiana Container plant located at 204 Southpark Road.

We are currently seeking machine operators with industrial manufacturing experience. New hires will start at $16.81/hr. Wages will then increase based on the position assigned. Successful operators' compensation will increase with our top machine operators earning $25+/hr. Your compensation also includes generous benefits package including company subsidized healthcare for you and your family, paid vacation, 401k, and retirement plans.

Required Qualifications:

* Ability to communicate and work well with others
* Stable work history
* Ability to work overtime/weekends
* Fundamental computer skills
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24-hour operation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Recent manufacturing and/or recent semi-skilled trades experience
