Job Description:
Star Service, a Fidelity Building Services Group company, is the
leading HVAC service provider throughout the entire Gulf Coast,
from Texas to Florida. We are committed to providing excellent
service, maintenance, and design-build replacements of air
conditioning systems in commercial and industrial facilities.We are
looking for an all-star Account Executive to join our Star Service
of New Orleans team. Our ideal team member will be able to sell
HVAC Maintenance Contracts creatively and effectively.Primary
Responsibilities:Able to appraise and survey mechanical systems and
determine energy savings, repair, modification, and/or maintenance
requirements. Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions and
properly apply company pricing policy.Visit job sites and meet with
customers to evaluate projects for pricingPrepare proposals based
on technical specifications and present to the customer, negotiate
terms of the saleDevelop and manage customer relationships to
achieve sales goals and execute sales plansAble to identify and
develop prospect relationships in assigned market and promptly
follow up on leads and referrals.Maintain an active backlog of
quotes to assure booking goal is consistently met.Promptly address
customer concerns to assure resolution of problems and maintain
long-term positive relationships.Preferred Education &
Experience:Bachelor's Degree preferred2-5 years of related B2B
sales experience, commercial or industrial mechanical sales
experience a plusExcellent negotiation skillsStrong communication
and organizational skills with a solid work ethicThe ability to
identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high
volume of work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a sense of
urgency performing dutiesAbility to obtain a TWIC card
