We are currently accepting resumes for energetic Front Office Team Members to join our growing therapy practice. If you are passionate about helping people, have exceptional work ethic and believe your hard work should be rewarded properly, then please read on. Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, calling patients regarding their appointments, tracking patient attendance, verifying insurance benefits/eligibility, insurance authorizations, collecting co-pays & co-insurances, faxing, scanning documents and other clerical duties as assigned. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be reliable, flexible, courteous, helpful and friendly. You must be self-motivated, have a "sense of urgency" in the carryout of all tasks, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and be highly organized. You must be willing to take corrective criticism and be a team player. Attention to detail, a great speaking telephone voice, and a passion for excellence to help run the daily front office operations is required.
