Job Description:
A company is looking for a Funder.
Key Responsibilities:
Review fees to ensure file balance and accurate wire amounts
Oversee a pipeline of signed funding packages to ensure timely
funding of loans
Communicate with investors, processors, and support staff to
satisfy post-funding conditions
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two years' experience in Closing and Funding
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including TRID
regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of lending guidelines for multiple states is a
plus
