Technical Systems Analyst Position Description We're growing rapidly and are looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to advise, guide and bring strategic leadership on the next generation of emerging technologies for one of our Federal client's complex portfolio of systems. Here, you will draw on your experience to help solve problems and provide thorough leadership. In this role, you will help contribute to enhancing the technology posture of our customer's system portfolio by advising on best in class solutions that comply with the relevant IT, cybersecurity, standards, directives and policies. Your future duties and responsibilities Analyze full technology stacks and technology components, including environments, activities and events. Conduct complex data analysis, trend finding and patterns across a complex and diversified enterprise through its transformation aligning to a Product Line Management Organization. Provide a strategy and actionable steps by identifying a streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes, solutions, operational and maintenance optimization, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, test driven development and automation, application and performance monitoring and optimization and system functional and architectural workflows with the goal of improving and modernizing the development experience. Identify opportunities of low/no-code and other emerging technologies using an open-source methodology (when applicable) for full product lifecycle management. Assist with translating technical approaches into plain language. Assist Managers in preparing the required DevOps Release Process. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent and 5 years of experience required. Or, Certifications in relevant technology and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree. Or, 5 to 7 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree. Experience in emerging technology and conducting workflow analysis, technology assessments and business related studies to define business case plans and architecture strategies supporting long-term sustainability and growth required.
