Summary: The Civil Estimator/Project Manager oversees the construction of one or more projects with annual revenues between $1 million and $5 million. This position is part of our Special Projects market group. The work associated with this position will include, but not be limited to, the following: civil, site packages, road, concrete foundations and paving, site utilities, etc. The Special Projects market group will perform work for commercial, industrial and municipal industries. The CE/PM is responsible for the day-to-day estimating functions in an effort to minimize risk and to keep focus on Lemoine's Foundations for Successful Execution. This position is responsible to estimate and manage projects from start to finish. Enhances customer relationships by providing excellent service. Responsible for contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling and costing, oversight of project quality and safety, staff oversight and mentoring, all in an effort to minimize risk and to keep focus on Lemoine's Foundations for Successful Execution. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience. 2. 5+ years of professional experience in project management, field supervision, or estimating/pre-construction roles for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor. 3. Strong working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and estimating for construction trades (all disciplines). 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project management, estimating, and scheduling software programs. 5. Solid skills in the areas of math, budgeting, financial analysis, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
