This person will be responsible for overseeing all canine and employee activities. Must have a positive attitude and be confident and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Candidates with strong backgrounds in employee leadership and retail experience are preferred. While front of house shifts are required, back of house shifts may also be assigned. Weekend work is required! Responsibilities include: Provide attentive and compassionate care to dogs, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs with professionalism Supervise and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Manage retail operations, including sales and inventory tracking. Accurately balance daily charges and cash intake. Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and cleaning protocols. Ensure the safety and security of all dogs at all times. Clean kennels and retail areas as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their pets.
