Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to
manage medical claims and assist providers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with callers, addressing questions and
issues related to the claims process
Educate customers on documentation, time frames, payment
information, and claim statuses
Enter application information accurately into the claims management
system and assign claims to appropriate handlers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
One year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent
education and experience
Understanding of office operations and claims processes is
beneficial
Spanish speaking is a plus
Must be a US citizen and undergo a background credit check
