Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant Job Description Join a leading provider in drug delivery technologies, supporting the pharmaceutical industry at one of the world's largest contract manufacturing facilities for active pharmaceutical ingredients. Be part of an innovative team at a new Lipid Innovation Center, manufacturing key pharmaceutical excipients for RNA-based therapies. Responsibilities Keep the QA document library organized and manage technical documents for proper access. Review and update technical documents such as Batch Records, SOPs, Training, and Lab Protocols to ensure accurate documentation in the QA library database. Prepare documents for off-site/on-site storage and send them to appropriate locations under the guidance of the Document Services Team. Purge records on shelves according to the site records retention schedule with guidance from the Document Services Team. Print, issue, and coil new laboratory notebooks. Process and assist in audits for the retrieval of documents. Essential Skills 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within QA. 6 months of experience working in a GMP environment. Proven ability to review and understand technical documents and work within a QMS or other databases. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or related field is a plus. Document Control experience is desirable. Familiarity with Quality Documentation, Inspection, Batch records, SOPs, Data Entry, GMP, Document Control, LIMS, SAP, QMS, Quality Inspection, and Technical Documentation. Work Environment Consultants will work onsite, spending most of their time in the QA office area. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for start times between 6 am and 6 pm. Enjoy benefits such as pay for six major holidays and two weeks of PTO. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lafayette, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
