Job Description:

DriveLine Retail is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead retail operations across multiple sites, enhancing operational effectiveness and aligning product offerings with consumer demands. As a leader in the retail merchandising sector, DriveLine Retail focuses on high-impact merchandising solutions for national retailers, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving these initiatives forward. This role is ideal for a proactive manager with a knack for optimizing operations and ensuring that merchandising standards are consistently met. Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations within the district, ensuring all stores meet the company's merchandising and operational standards. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, store profitability, and cost efficiency. Conduct regular store visits to audit operations, address challenges, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Drive team performance through effective recruitment, training, and management of store managers and staff. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to anticipate adjustments in product placement and store merchandising strategies. Coordinate with the corporate office on high-volume resets, retail audits, and promotional activities. Prepare and review the performance and operational reports, making recommendations for improvement. Maintain strong communication with all relevant stakeholders, including senior management at DriveLine Retail, to keep them informed of district activities. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial and performance data Proficient in retail management software Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory management Capability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Management (preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus)
